These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Revenue Recovery Audit service ("the Service") provided by Audit Ops ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a one-time, written audit of a single website. The audit is delivered as a PDF document and is informational and advisory in nature. The Service does not include implementation of any findings, ongoing consulting, or guaranteed business outcomes.
We will request your website URL, industry, and primary growth goal within 12 hours of payment via the email address associated with your payment. We will deliver the audit PDF within 48 hours of receiving your intake response.
If you do not respond to the intake email within 14 days, the order is considered complete and the audit will be drafted using publicly available information about your website.
Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of order. The price is $299 USD flat. There are no recurring charges, hidden fees, or unstated upsells in the audit itself.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: if within 7 days of delivery you can identify three or more findings in your audit that are factually inaccurate (not subjective disagreements), we will refund the audit in full and you keep the document.
The audit PDF delivered to you is yours to use, share within your organization, and act on as you see fit. You may not resell the document or claim it as your own work product. The methodology, scoring rubric, and audit templates remain our intellectual property.
The Service is provided "as is." Recommendations and revenue-impact estimates are based on industry benchmarks and the data available at the time of audit. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, ranking improvements, or business results. Our maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
We collect only the information needed to deliver the Service: your name, email, phone (optional), payment information (handled entirely by Stripe — we never store payment card numbers), website URL, industry, and growth goal. We do not sell, share, or rent your information. We retain order records for accounting and warranty purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email if you have an active order at the time of change. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that governs your order.
